Behaving assertively clearly conveys what you want, whilst at the same time recognising and respecting the rights of others. Assertive individuals will, in the long term, achieve much more than either the passive or the aggressive

This course aims to provide you with the knowledge and skills to deal with awkward situations in a direct, open and honest way. This allows you achieve what you want, and others to also achieve what they want

Teams and team members who have a negative outlook do not achieve as much nor are as motivated as those with a more positive outlook. Negativity can become infectious and damaging to a business.
